This is an emergency continuation of air sampling services that started in February 2023. The City of Detroit Buildings, Safety Engineering and Environmental Department determined there is a need for continued air sampling to assure the second regenerative thermal oxidizer, stipulated to be installed before June 20, 2023 is effective. Eight additional air sampling events will continue through August 2023.)
