Authorization to submit a grant application to the Homeless Action Network of Detroit for the Coordinated Assessment Model Grant. The amount being sought is $995,341.00. The grantor share is $995,341.00 of the requested amount and there is a cash match of $1,100,000.00 included in this application. If awarded this grant will be made possible by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development grant funds and by Michigan State Housing Development Authority grant funds. The total project cost is $2,095,341.00.)

First Amendment to Memorandum of Agreement between City of Detroit, Michigan State Historic Preservation Officer, and Bagley Development Group - 150 Bagley Project. The City of Detroit, by and through its Housing and Revitalization Department (“HRD”), entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (“Memorandum”) with the State of Michigan Historic Preservation Officer (“SHPO”), Bagley Development Group, LLC (“BDG”), and the City of Detroit Historic Designation Advisory Board for the adaptive reuse of 150 Bagley Street, Detroit, Michigan (the “Project”).
