The correct spelling of Ms. Adkins-Lewis' first name is Anairion.  We therefore, request that your Honorable Body rescind the resolution of "Anarian Adkins-Lewis, and we further request that you authorize the settlement of this worker's compensation claim for the amount of Fifty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($57,500.00), and that your Honorable Body authorize and direct the Finance Director to issue a draft in that amount payable to Anairion Adkins-Lewis and her attorney Steven L.
