Petition of Randolph Centre 2020 LLC, (x2024-056) request for encroachment within the westerly part of Randolph Street and the westerly part of Centre Street, adjacent to the parcel commonly known as 1435 Randolph Street, for the installation of an on-site advertisings and awnings.

Petition of Grobbel Properties LLC (x2024-083), request to vacate, with reserve of a public utility easement, part of the public alley bounded by Adelaide Street, Orleans Street, Gratiot Avenue, and the Dequindre Cut Greenway. (Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) has no objection provided certain provisions are met. The DWSD provisions are a part of the attached resolution.  All other involved City Departments, and privately owned utility companies have reported no objections. Provisions protecting utility installations are part of the attached resolution.) 

Petition of 630 Webward Building LLC (x2024-084), request for encroachment within Woodward Avenue, adjacent to the parcel commonly known as 630 Woodward Avenue, for the approval of erecting a blade sign for on-site advertising.
