Request to Reprogram grant funds awarded from the United Way of Southeastern Michigan to fund a new program “Community COVID Testing Site Grant” and transfer funds to a new appropriation. (The United Way for Southeastern Michigan originally awarded the Detroit Department of Transportation-Office of Mobility (DDOT-OMI) two grants to be used for transportation services to COVID Testing sites.
