To amend to amend Article XVII, Section 50-17-49, District Map No. 47 of the 2019 Detroit City Code, Chapter 50, Zoning firstly to show an R3 (Low Density Residential District) zoning classification where a PD (Planned Development District) zoning classification is currently shown for sixteen lots on Yosemite Avenue and Riviera Avenue in the vicinity of Chapel Hill Missionary Baptist Church on Joy Road near Grand River Avenue, and secondly to show an R2 (Two Family Residential District) zoning classification on two lots on Humphrey Avenue where a PD (Planned Development District) zoning classification is currently shown in the vicinity of St. Paul AME Zion Church on Dexter Avenue between Lawrence and Humphrey.  INTRODUCE

To amend Chapter 50 of the 2019 Detroit City Code, Zoning, by amending Article XVII, Zoning District Maps, Section 50-17-47, District Map No. 45, to revise the zoning classification for eight parcels generally bound by an alley to the north, between Hartford Street to the east, McGraw Street to the south, and John E Hunter Street to the west, commonly known as 4344, 4338, 4332, 4324, 4320, 4314, 4306, and 4302 McGraw Street, from the R2 District (Two-Family Residential) zoning classification to the SDI Special Development District (Small-scale, Mixed-Use) zoning classification.  INTRODUCE

To amend Chapter 50 of the 2019 Detroit City Code, Zoning, by amending Article XVII, Zoning District Maps, Section 50-17-3, District Map No. 2, to modify the development regulations for the existing PD Planned Development District zoning classification, as established by Ordinance No. 42-95, for the western portion of the property commonly known as 1326 St. Antoine, generally bounded by Clinton Street to the north, the 1-375 Chrysler Service Drive to the east, Macomb Street to the south, and St. Antoine to the west, to allow for a life sciences cancer research and patient treatment center with supportive medical and learning spaces and to also allow for uses that are permissible in the B5 Major Business District zoning classification.
